Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance
Agent/Broker looking for detail-oriented,
motivated individual with property and casualty
insurance knowledge who desires to become an integral team
member
of a firm that earned the Risk and Insurance Management

Insurance Management Company is a third-generation
family-owned insurance agency that services the property
and casualty insurance needs of approximately 110
commercial, industrial and institutional clients with
combined annual insurance premiums in excess of
$38,000,000.
A Senior Client Advisor, with the assistance of a
qualified team of associates, will build long-term
relationships. With the cooperation of the
client/prospect this individual should be able to:
-
Recognize exposure to major types of loss and know various means
to treat potential losses, predominantly through insurance
risk transfer, risk reduction and risk avoidance;
-
Develop marketing plans that includes insurance
specifications, time lines and interested insurers, and
service providers;
-
Negotiate with underwriters on behalf of the
client/prospective client to develop reasonable insurance and
risk management programs;
-
Prepare an insurance proposal to compare competitive
insurance program options;
-
Monitor a risk transfer process from quote to renewal,
including policy issuance review and service delivery;
-
Work accurately towards the development of insurance
application data;
-
Develop relationships with underwriters and other
service providers;
-
Be familiar with ever changing market conditions and innovations;
-
Develop and maintain client service plans;
-
Manage midterm changes and requests;
-
Delegate and follow through to ensure that the client receives
timely, accurate, helpful responses and services;
-
Identify new opportunities for business growth;
-
Continually improve confidential internally
promulgated processes, flow charts and check lists
leading to Service Beyond Expectations.

Requirements:
Property and Casualty insurance licenses.
The applicant must also:

Be able to conveniently travel;

Be able to evaluate and prioritize multiple

The quote-to-renewal process;

Completing promptly and accurately, the renewal/new
business information requirements;

Preparing insurance proposals for
clients/prospective clients;

Comparing competitive insurance program options;
-
Processing the insurance policy development reviews;
-
Promptly and accurately responding to internal and external
customers and clients
requests;
-
Successfully developing and following processes to ensure
that the
internal and external customers and clients receive accurate
helpful information/responses.

Continually improving confidential Insurance Management
Company internally promulgated processes, flow charts
and checklists leading to Service Beyond Expectations.

Following processes to ensure that the
internal and external customer and client receives accurate
helpful information/responses;

Continually improving confidential Insurance Management
Company internally promulgated processes including but
not limited to communications, endorsements,
certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, evidence of
property insurance leading to Service Beyond
Expectations.
