After graduating from the Pennsylvania State University in 1988, Jack was hired by a national insurance company as a national accounts underwriter. In 1993, Jack joined IMC and earned his Associated in Risk Management (ARM) in 2010. Jack regularly attends the Risk and Insurance Management Society and University Risk Management Association annual conferences. Jack is married and has three children and enjoys golfing, camping and skiing and is a Trustee for his church.
