Client Service Representative

Description:

Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance Agent/Broker looking for detail-oriented, motivated individual with property and casualty insurance knowledge who desires to become an integral team member of a firm that earned the Risk and Insurance Management Society's National Quality Award.

Insurance Management Company is a third-generation family-owned insurance agency that services the property and casualty insurance needs of approximately 150 commercial, industrial and institutional clients with combined annual premiums in excess of $37,000,000.

No selling involved.

The Client Service Representative assists Client Advisors and Senior Client Advisors in:

  • New and renewal business processes;
  • Service and delivery processes involving accuracy and timeliness, leading to client service beyond expectations;
  • Promptly and accurately responding to the internal/external clients and customers requests;
  • Following processes to ensure that the internal and external customer and client receives accurate helpful information/responses;
  • Continually improving confidential Insurance Management Company internally promulgated processes, flow charts and checklists including but not limited to communications, endorsements, certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, evidence of property insurance leading to Service Beyond Expectations. 

Requirements: 

  • Have or obtain a Property and Casualty Producer License;
  • Have an intermediate level of skill in Microsoft Excel®;
  • Demonstrate good listening and communication skills;
  • Be detail oriented;
  • Be able to evaluate and prioritize multiple projects/tasks while maintaining a high level of internal/external client and customer service and the ability to carry a project to a successful completion;
  • Be able to successfully manage urgent matters;
  • Be able to work in a collaborative, team-oriented manner, fostering empowerment and ownership for Service Beyond Expectations;
  • Grow professionally earning/maintaining approved advanced learning accreditations/designations.
